From central Asia to Your Table

BUKHARA Restaurant was born from a dream shared by Marco and Isabella Rossi, who immigrated from the hills of Tuscany in 1998. With nothing but their grandmother's recipes and an unwavering passion for authentic central Asian cuisine, they opened our doors in the heart of downtown.

What started as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved culinary destination, but our commitment to quality and tradition remains unchanged. Every dish is prepared with the same love and attention to detail that Isabella learned in her nonna's kitchen.

Today, our son Antonio has joined the family business, bringing fresh ideas while honoring the traditions that make BUKHARA Restaurant special.
